Carmen Kissling, CFA
People Lead, CEO and Founder
Carmen has over 10 years of global consulting experience in the financial service sector. She previously served as a fixed income portfolio manager at the Swiss National Bank, managing assets exceeding CHF 6 billion.
At Accenture, she led projects to build large, high-performing teams quickly, was a hands-on technical business analyst and a test manager for portfolio management systems. She possesses in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art IT architecture in financial services and maintains a broad professional network.
Carmen is a CFA charterholder and obtained a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.

Benjamin Plattner
Software Engineer, CTO and Founder
Benjamin has 10 years of experience in the global asset management and research sector, thereof 6 years in various IT roles.
As an IT project manager at BlackRock, he co-defined the technology strategy for the global multi-asset team and managed the establishment of the new portfolio construction platform on Aladdin, including the roll-out to over 130 portfolio managers cross-continentally. While at OST as an AI Engineer and lecturer he focused on developing AI applications, managing all stages from design and architecture to implementation, deployment and presentation.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil and a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.

Nadja Heini, CFA
Market Expert, CIO and Founder
Nadja brings over 15 years of expertise in investment research and wealth management, with a deep specialization in global equity markets.
Her extensive experience as a wealth advisor at UBS to top executives and entrepreneurs has made her a trusted expert in personalized investment advice. Prior to pivoting into wealth management, Nadja was an equity research analyst in London at Atlantic Equities and in Zurich at Zürcher Kantonalbank, providing high-impact investment insights on global equities to leading hedge funds and other institutional investors in the UK and Europe.
Nadja is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.

The Story Behind Our Name
Our company name Wujai is derived from Seislertütsch (Senslerdeutsch), a regional Swiss German dialect. With wuj for up and aj for down, the language expresses the natural flow of investing. We combined the two into Wujai, carrying a piece of Swiss culture into the world of fintech.
